Are The Items I'm Ordering In Stock?
Yes, they probably are in stock but in-stock quantity is not tracked on the website Yet. Unless specified otherwise, all items are normally stocked in our retail store or warehouses, ready to ship. But we do sell out and factories do back order items to us.

If Out Of Stock, How Do You Process Back Orders?
• If any item is back ordered, you will be notified via email as soon as your order is pulled with estimated back in stock date if available. • We Will Send Partial Shipments and you are not charged for back orders until shipped (PayPal and special orders excluded) These are shipped as soon as product is back in stock. • There will be no additional shipping charges unless specified, which is rare. • Back orders are shipped via mail or UPS Ground . No exceptions. However, you may inform us and specify a faster shipping method but you will be charged for the faster method. • Back order may not be retained if small or if product is unavailable. • Unless specified otherwise, all items are normally stocked, but does not necessarily mean they are in stock at the time you place your order. You are emailed as soon as the order is pulled and any back ordered product will be specified as such. If highly critical, pick up the phone and give us a call to check availability. When Is My Order Shipped? When Will I Receive My Order?
• When do we ship your UPS order? All UPS orders usually ship same business day if received before 2pm PST, 7pm EST. Business days are Monday - Friday, Excluding Holidays. You are sent tracking information via email when order ships. You are sent an email when order is delivered. Exceptions would be if the credit card was declined, Ground shipments that can be shipped complete within the next day or two, the if volume exceeds our capacity (excluding air shipments) since often during Christmas Season we can get more orders than we can ship in one day, these are shipped the next business day.
• When do we ship your POSTAL order? All Postal Orders, Priority & 1st Class Mail are usually shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, Excluding Holidays. Example- if you place an order for mail on Friday, it is mailed on Monday. $50.00 Maximum for orders via the Postal Service! Exceptions would be if the credit card was declined, shipments that can be shipped complete within the next day or two, the if volume exceeds our capacity (excluding air shipments). Often during Christmas Season we can get more orders than we can ship in one day, these are shipped the next business day.

What Are My Payment Options?
• We Accept: Verifiable MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. Non-Verifiable credit cards are not accepted. • YOU MUST enter your credit card billing address exactly during check-out. Else order might or will be rejected. Enter a separate shipping address if different than billing. • We Accept Money Orders: (USA Issued Only) • We Accept PAYPAL: Verified or Confirmed Only. • We CAN NOT Accept Checks, COD Orders or Wire Transfers. No Checks, No COD orders and No Wire Transfers. No exceptions • Net 30 (see Net 30 section for details).

How Are Shipping Costs Determined?
• These are determined by United Parcel Service or the US Post Office. Determined by the actual weight of the order, the dimension of the shipping box, the type of service you choose to your location and possibly other factors like insurance, required signatures etc. Any additional added is due to PayPal charges, bank card charges, courier fuel surcharges, extended/rural area charges, handling or processing. But this does help keep us from requiring a minimum order amount or raising prices.
Possible Additional Costs-Dimensional charges on UPS Air Shipments-If over a certain dimension determined by UPS, there is an additional charge. We will email or call you if there is! -Oversized Some products come in odd shapes and large sizes resulting in additional shipping and handling charges by UPS. We will inform you via email of any additional charges. • We can not ship using your UPS account or any customers account. All orders must ship Pre Paid & Add on our UPS or Postal accounts.

Privacy: NONE of your information is ever given, lent, sold or shared with anyone else for any reason. PERIOD.
Our site is SSL certified, and we use a secure offsite server to store our data, which includes your orders.

NOW WHAT TO DO FOR RETURNS:

1. YOU MUST OBTAIN AN RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) VIA EMAIL OR CALL!

2. To Get One an RMA via Email (the best way)  complete the form and email it to us.


3. We will issue an RMA or provide a solution as soon as we read the email.

Please read this, it explains the details and Conditions of Returns:
Exceptions can be made for any of these policies, you just need to talk to us first. Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Action-Electronics.com or Action Electronics Storefront.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return most any item or items for a full refund of the item or items if:
The item in its original condition. In original packaging with all instructions, accessories, papers etc., You know, everything that came with it. No returns, refunds or exchanges on Special Orders. Returns need to be sent back prepaid freight to Action Electronics.
A restocking charge of up to 15% may apply to any return allowed that is beyond 30 days of receipt. Any shortages or other similar issues must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.

Unfortunately we can not refund, exchange or accept returns on:
Special Orders.
Any item that has been used and or abused.
Open packaged semiconductor parts. Some lighting. Tools. EPROM programmers and erasers.
Batteries, unless unopened. Anything cut to length. Including but not limited to: wire, cable or sleeving.
Testing equipment.
Transportation charges, unless a result of our error.
If a return on any of these normally non-returnable items is desired, just email us first and explain the situation. Hopefully we can come to a solution.
Please inquire first on specific items first if you have any questions or concerns.
A restocking charge of up to 15% may apply on merchandise returns that does not comply to the return policy or if order is refused. If, for some reason, a return is made without first obtaining an RMA, a minimum 10% restocking charge will be assessed if the return is even accepted. A minimum We really want to fair about any returns so talk to us if you have any questions.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you receive an item that is defective, you may return the item for exchange or refund. Exchanges will be made at no charge as soon as the item is received by us. If you need the exchange before we receive it, We can ship immediately but will have to charge for the item, credit will be issued when the defective item is received.

ORDERED THE INCORRECT ITEMS OR JUST NOT WHAT YOU NEEDED:

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item ordered incorrectly for a refund. The item must be its original package and condition. With all instructions, accessories, papers etc., You know, everything that came with it.
At this point, re-order the correct item online or email us the new order. We can not issue credit on freight for these returns. Sorry, there are No returns, refunds or exchanges on
Special Orders.

RECEIVED
THE WRONG ITEM:
We messed up and sent the wrong item. Human error happens on occasion and we sincerely apologize. This is never intentional.
We will ship the correct items as soon as possible. We have to charge for these but will credit you as soon as the others are returned. Credit allowed for mail or ground return transport only.

We're just like you and sure we make the  occasional mistake. If so, we admit it, apologize, and immediately fix it as soon as you notify us. Being less than honest about it is obvious to you and always disrespectful. And yes, we pay for any collateral shipping costs that occur if we are in error. No sense losing our self respect and your trust over a few dollars. Understandably you will be upset, but be civil about informing us. It goes a long way facilitating the fix. The person you are emailing did not make the mistake but is here to fix any that were made.

We will issue and email you a return authorization number and provide a solution as soon as we read this email.

For your protection, we recommend that all returns be send to us via Insured Parcel Post with delivery confirmation or another courier that offers tracking and insurance for your shipment. (Like UPS, FedEx ETC) because we are not be responsible for lost shipments. Claims for lost shipments must be made with the courier you used.
All returns must be freight prepaid back to Action Electronics with no refunds on transport charges unless a result of our error. If return shipping costs are credited, payment for only parcel post or ground shipping service will be issued.
